Merry Christmas to all!
The happiest time of the year, for sure. We went to Lake Havasu to spend Christmas with my brother and sister-in-law. The weather was beautiful. Diffinitely, not for those who want to be in snow and the cold. Here are some layouts I have already completed from this Christmas season. Woohoo, I was able to get these done this week as I have been on vacation from work. Its so nice to have the time to do this.

This year we had Scruffy's photo with Santa. His vet's office offered this, he is so cute...Scruffy not his vet, oh well he's OK too!

Merry Christmas to All! Thank you for visiting and taking a look. It's been a great year. This christmas I was involved in two separate 12 Days of Christmas swaps. Here are some of items that I crafted for these swaps. On many of the items it was my first time crafting and altering the item. I hope you enjoy!

Sneak Peeks
It's October, WOW, again it all goes way to fast. It has rained for a couple of days and the weather right now can't be any better. I'm creating for two swaps, both are on the 12 Days of Christmas. And, for one of them not all Christmas items, there is some Halloween goodness happening as well. I can't show the items I have done for this swap but I decided I will post some peekaboos!
It won't be until December before I can do a reveal so this will have to do for now. Thanks for looking!

Hello September
So here goes.....September, I like September. For most people in other parts of the country, fall is starting, for us here in Las Vegas...its still pretty warm but just starting cool down a bit. Its also my birthday month.
August was interesting to say the least. My SO reconnected with his birth family, it was pretty emotional but we've had a week or two to digest. The most exciting part just happened yesterday when he got a big box from his older half-sister and in it was a beautiful quilt that his grandmother made. He was pretty overwhelmed and what a wonderful gift. This past week I've been working on an album for him with all the photos we've gotten of his birth family and letters. Well, I know we have a lot more Thanksgiving and Christmas cards to send out now. I best get working on those cards. At first he had a lot of mixed feelings but now he knows the circumstances surrounding his adoption for better or for worst. He really thought that no one cared where he was and that no one was looking for him. I am so happy for him. He now knows that there were people out there looking for him.

Another Month Almost Gone
Wow, August turned out to be busy mostly dealing with family issues for my SO. But I did continue to get layouts done for the MSW ABCs of Summer crop, which is just about over. Lots of inspiration to be found there, so here we go:
Yes I have missed a couple of letters, like I said it was a busy month but I got alot done!
X marks the spot, use a circle in layout:
W use the word Wish on card:
U must use the letter U on card:
T is for Two Techniques:
This was Q for Quick and Easy and it was:
O is for Owl
N is for Nekked chipboard:
M is for Multi-layers
This layout was a result of the main issue we've been dealing with, my SO was adopted and located his birthmother. She had just passed away in June and we located her thru the obituary. We discovered that he has two half-brother and five half-sisters. WOW...the baby picture was sent to us by his oldest half-sister and the two on the bottom were the earlies photos we had. Proof that little Tommy has been found.
L is for Love:
K is for Kiss, use the word:
I is for Inking:
H is for HotHotHot, use yellow, orange and reds:
F is is four photos except I used five:

I'm pleased with how she came out. I actually don't have any magnolia stamps of my own and I got this image in a swap on the cmb. Follow this link for more information on this challenge.

Hi Everyone!!!
Wow June has gone by so fast...so much going on in my scrappy world. I've doing swaps on the cricut message board and one of most fun ones was the vintage/distressed paint can swap. My partner sent me this gorgeous can filled with all sorts of TH scrappy goodies.
Isn't this an absolutely gorgeous can and then here are a few photos of some of the goodies that were inside the can:
Many thanks to my partner to did a fabulous job!!!!
And, here a couple of photos of the can I did for her:
It was so much fun coming up with a design and then creating the can. One of the best swaps yet. All I can say is that my swapping supplies have double due to the Shoebox swaps and Paint Can swaps I've participated in lately. It has opened the world of Tim Holtz to me, I have to admit before all this I didn't know who the guy was and now I can't get enough of him and his goodies!
