Vegas Snow Day 12/17/08

OMG! It snowed for the 2nd time this week. I live on the eastside of town near Sam's Town Hotel & Casino off the Boulder Strip (that's what they call Boulder Hwy now days). The last time I think we got snow was about 10 years ago. When it usually snows, it will only snow on the westside of town near the mountains. I am thinking I will try to go to Red Rock Canyon this weekend to take photos. The westside must have gotten several inches.

Despite how busy everything is right now, I did manage to scrap two pages.

The LO entitled Buddy the Betta is not red & gold however, but it was inspired by this challenge and originally started out red & gold. The word play in this layout was done on http://www.wordle.net/. Hope you enjoy!

Well, I finally did it......I bought a Cricut on Black Friday. I managed to make 4 Christmas card so far. It is fun, I am glad that I also bought the Design Studio software for the computer. It makes it so much easier to format and design your image.

Hopefully soon I will be able to post my first scrap page made with the Cricut. Stay Tuned!

S2L Challenge Nov 15-22, 2008

Bowling is a part of our life. We bowl on two leagues on Friday and Saturday. It gets us out of the house. Tom is actually the President of our Friday night league. We enjoy so much and have been bowling for about 15 years. I wish my average was higher though!
